Lorri A. Hilbert, Ph.D.

She is co-founder of the San Diego Center for Well Being. Her private practice focuses on individual, relationship and family psychotherapy.  She has a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults.  Dr. Hilbert is a Certified Daring Way Facilitator who brings Dr. Brené  Brown’s principles of cultivating a wholehearted life through authenticity, vulnerability, and self-compassion into her psychotherapy practice. She is also a certified hypnotherapist. Her teaching experience includes parenting classes, pre-marital counseling classes and stress reduction courses. Throughout her career, she has balanced her professional practice with volunteer experiences. Currently, Dr. Hilbert volunteers with Just In Time, an agency that assists aged out foster youth. Michelle Becker, M.A., LMFT

MichelleBeckerMichelle Becker, M.A., LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in San Diego, CA utilizing mindfulness and compassion based psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families and groups. She is a certified teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion, Compassion Cultivation Training, The Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™.  She is a teacher trainer for Mindful Self-Compassion and co-founder, along with Drs. Germer, Neff and Hickman, of the Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher Training. She is also co-founder of the San Diego Center For Well Being. Michelle enjoys helping individuals, couples, families and groups to find a meaningful and satisfying way of life. Michelle is currently not accepting new patients. Cassondra Graff, M.S., LCSW

During nearly two decades as a licensed practitioner, she has worked in private practice and as a coach to other therapists, preparing them for their state licensing exams. Trained through UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts and other programs, she integrates cutting edge scientific mindfulness and compassion based approaches into her private practice with individuals, couples, families and groups. She specializes in working with people challenged by relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief and loss and addictions. She is the Speakers Bureau Coordinator at UCSD Center for Mindfulness where she also teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She is also co-developer of the Mindful Living for Couples program.
